Welcome to Joumou Challenge®, a premier online resource for tracing family history and indigenous ancestry, and sharing family discoveries. These Terms govern your use of Joumou Challenge and affiliated services.

Using any websites, services, or apps linked to these Terms implies agreement to these Terms. New features will also be bound by these Terms.

Different Joumou Challenge entities apply based on service and location. “Joumou Challenge”, “us”, “we”, or “our” refer to the relevant entity. We may change the participating entity at any time.

Additional policies, including Community Rules and Privacy Statement, are incorporated here. Don’t agree with these Terms? Then these services aren’t for you. Promotions or new services may have additional terms, which will be communicated in advance.

2. Content of Joumou Challenge
Our services provide various content types, subject to these Terms, including publicly available content. Copyright and trademark laws protect this content.

3. User-Generated Content
You may contribute content to our services. While you retain ownership, your submissions grant us the use for service enhancement. Please manage your content responsibly.

4. Service Renewals and Cancellations

  • Idea Submission: We only consider ideas we’ve requested.
